Self-Organized Team

  • Reduced cap for team members
  • Minimum referral percentage required to team leader
  • Team agreement is required in writing with eXp approval
  • Team roster is required and provided to eXp

Standard Team

  • Reduced half cap for team members
  • Minimum referral percentage required to team leader
  • Team agreement is required in writing with eXp approval

  • Minimum of $6 million or 30 closed transactions in previous 12 months

Mega Icon Team

  • Reduced quarter cap for team members

More than 10 Agents

Structure:

  • 1 Full Capping team leader (16k)
  • Reduced 1/4 cap for agents on team (4k)
  • Minimum split to team leader of 25%
  • Team agreement required in writing
  • Team roster is required and provided to eXp
  • Closed 40 million or 175 trans. with 10 capping team members in past 12 mo.
  • 56k minimum floor cap (Ten Agents x 4k + one 16k team leader)
